MUMBAI: The Shiv Sena wants to contest 152 out of 288 Maharashtra State assembly seats in the upcoming election, and the remaining 136 seats to its alliance BJP. sena plans with a large seat belt they are more favorable to claim Chief Minster seat in next election.
The Shiv Sena demand more assemble seats from BJP as Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray to be the next CM while BJP second fiddle to Matoshree.
However, the Sena does not mind to teaming up with BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2019 same seat sharing as 2014.
The question is whether the Sena remains solo after the Lok Sabha election. only time can show the way out But Sena Leader said that “This could be a costly mistake for us. If the BJP returns to power at the Centre, then the popular mood in Maharashtra will naturally tilt towards the party and we will suffer by going solo,” This Statement shows Sena may remain alliance after 2019 Lok Sabha election.
